The aim was to create a Gin very linked to Meinedo and Lousada, the land where the idea was born, so the base starts with cp, juniper, camellias and oak bark melon. After this support... creativity and experimentation began to flow and from there we added what comes from our land, such as aromatic plants, wild fruits and others existing in the region, even if seasonal. This was followed by the tips and tender leaves of the brambles, wild blackberries, basil/basil, bay leaves, lemon balm, lemon verbena, corn, rye, lemon, orange, peppermint, arbutus, pumpkin and walnuts.
