Adega de Borba, in addition to its notoriety in the production of Alentejo wines, using traditional grape varieties from the Borba region, has a great tradition in the production of spirits. Pomace is the product resulting from the pressing of wine masses from the production of wines, which are distilled in our own distillation vessels, strictly following distillation temperatures and times, thus guaranteeing the separation of the different alcohols and the genuineness and quality of our spirits.
