Vinification of Luis Pato AM Branco: Produced from Bical grape varieties in clay-limestone soil, Cerceal and Sercialinho in sandy soil, which were harvested in the second week of September, and were subjected to the concentration technique (MOLECULAR). The fermentation of the must was interrupted (ABAFADA) using refrigeration. It is an excellent wine as an aperitif or paired with fruit salad or lightly sweet fruit desserts.
