Quinta do Pessegueiro Plenitude TintoVinificação: A vindima foi realizada em Setembro. As uvas foram transportadas em caixas de 22Kg até à adega. Estiveram 12h numa câmara frigorífica, sendo conduzidas por gravidade até aos lagares de granito, onde decorreu a fermentação completa com leveduras indígenas. O vinho estagiou 18 meses em barricas de 225L e pipas de 600L. Foi engarrafado em Maio de 2024.

Aromas de esteva, com um toque inicial de fruta vermelha, seguindo-se sensações de fruta preta madura, amoras e mirtilos, terminando com um toque ligeiramente apimentado e balsâmico.
