In its winemaking, a traditional method was used; it fermented at a controlled temperature (25ºC), followed by a period of skin maceration after fermentation. Finally, after separating the solid parts, the entire wine aged for 20 months in French oak barrels of first, second, and third use. In April 2022, the final blend was made and bottled in July of the same year.
