Chamámo-lo CV – Curriculum Vitae. Criado pela Natureza. Este vinho nasce de uma vinha única na zona de Murça e, a cada vindima, revela um perfil de precisão e carácter.Castas: Vinha velha com muitas variedades, tais como Rabigato, Samarrinho, Donzelinho Branco, Viosinho, Códega, entre outros.Vinificação: A vinha que dá origem ao CV - Curriculum Vitae Douro Branco tem mais de 80 anos, e está localizada na região nordeste do Douro, a uma altitude média de 480 metros, o que permite produzir vinhos mais frescos. Todas as uvas são seleccionadas antes de serem desengaçadas e ligeiramente esmagadas por uma prensa pneumática. O primeiro mosto é decantado durante 24 horas a 10ºC em cubas de aço inoxidável de 2.500 litros. O mosto é então transferido para barricas de carvalho francês, cuidadosamente seleccionadas (225 e 500 litros) para fermentar durante 25+ dias a temperaturas controladas entre 10ºC e 14ºC. O vinho envelhece nas mesmas barricas por mais de 8 meses, com battonage.
