Vinificação do Vinho Brites Aguiar 18 Litros Tinto: as uvas foram totalmente desengaçadas e esmagadas. Após contacto pelicular pré-fermentativo a frio durante 48 horas. A fermentação ocorreu em cubas de inox com temperatura controlada com uma maceração total superior a 60 dias mas sem grandes extracções. O vinho passou para cubas de inox onde ocorreu a fermentação maloláctica para depois passar diretamente para barricas de 500 Litros de Carvalho Francês de primeira e segunda utilização, onde estagiou por um periodo de 18 meses.
