The control of weeds is carried out through soil mobilization. The harvest is manual, when the grapes reach the optimal point of ripeness, occurring in the second half of September. This first production wine was vinified in stainless steel at 13ºC, with two-thirds of it finishing fermentation in new French oak barrels, where it aged for 12 months.
