Vinification of Wine 2 (Two) Quintas Reserva White 2022: The grapes are harvested manually and transported to the cellar in small boxes, separated according to variety and plot; the must is obtained by direct pressing after maceration in the cold room. The clean must ferments in stainless steel vats (75%) and in French and Austrian oak casks (25%) of different capacities, where it ages, after turning into wine, for 9 months on fine lees.
Crystal clear, pale yellow with golden reflections
In the mouth it has strength, it enters with vivacity combined with an enveloping texture. Its harmony and elegance translate into an aromatic complexity that lasts over time and makes us enjoy it.
Intense aroma, with its characteristic softness, initially reveals notes of almond blossom with subtle citrus and lemon balm, moving on to ripe fruits, apricots and pineapple, and finishing delicate and mineral.
