Golden with a pinkish hue
Coffee, licorice, toasted oak, coffee grounds, a slowly burning cigar. Its range is surprisingly broad, bordering on excessive. Vigorous, assertive, and uncompromising. The peat is indescribable and finds ways to assert itself almost like a whisper. The finish is completely licorice candies. The refined bitterness quickly gives way to medicinal aromas: camphor, eucalyptus, ending with soft notes of barley malt.
Engaging. A fresh and fruity first nose, of freshly made fruit juice, a cornucopia of white fruits, notes of peach and juicy grapes. Gradually opens up to fine notes of pastry and biscuits. It is a totally Italian style, like a panettone with raisins. The malt notes stand out giving way to citrus aromas (clementine), a touch of oak and rustic notes (verbena, chamomile).
