Vinification of Wine 2 (Two) Quintas Red 2021: the grapes, harvested manually in boxes with a capacity of 150 kilos, are crushed and de-stemmed to then ferment in granite lagares and stainless steel vats, where we prolong the maceration for the time necessary to achieve a wine with the desired body and structure. After malolactic fermentation, 20% of the wine ages in French oak casks, 30% in barrels and the remainder remains in stainless steel vats for 12 months.
Intense, dark cherry with ruby highlights
In the mouth it is concentrated, with a compact structure, silky and well-tuned tannins. In its complexity, notes of blackberries and licorice stand out.
Ripe and intense, vinous nose, where the scent of plums and wild fruits stands out; after shaking they transform into complex balsamic notes
