Vinifikation von Adega Velha 30 Jahre Aguardente: Die Trauben, die aufgrund ihres hohen Säuregehalts und niedrigen Zuckergehalts ausgewählt wurden, sind der Ursprung eines leichten und ausgewogenen Weins. Anschließend wird der Wein zwei langsamen und sorgfältigen Destillationen in einem Charentais-Destillierapparat unterzogen, der aus der Region stammt Region Cognac in Frankreich. Nach dem Destillationsprozess reift der Brandy in französischen Eichenfässern aus der Region Limousin, wobei die letzte Charge ein durchschnittliches Alter von 30 Jahren aufweist.
Heller und topasfarbener Farbton
Es hat einen intensiven Geschmack und eine weiche und samtige Textur, die durch die 30-jährige Reifung in Eichenfässern aus der Region Limousin geprägt ist.
Sehr feines und reines Aroma, wobei der Alkohol gut in eine Mischung aus Aromen von Vanille, Rührkuchen und Orangenschale integriert ist, umgeben von einem zarten Gefühl von gutem Holz.
