Vinifizierung des Weins 2 (Zwei) Quintas Tinto von 9 Litern: die Trauben, manuell in Kisten mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 150 Kilogramm geerntet, werden zerdrückt und entrappt, um dann in Granitlagern und in Edelstahltanks zu fermentieren, wo wir die Mazeration so lange verlängern, wie es nötig ist, um einen Wein mit dem gewünschten Körper und der gewünschten Struktur zu erhalten. Nach der malolaktischen Fermentation reift 20% des Weins in französischen Eichenfässern, 30% in großen Fässern und der Rest verbleibt 12 Monate in Edelstahltanks.
