Der Ursprung des Pêra-Manca-Weins reicht bis ins 15. Jahrhundert zurück. Die Stiftung Eugénio de Almeida – Weingut Adega Castuxa. Die erste Ernte von Pêra-Manca im Jahr 1990. Seitdem ist es zu einer nationalen und internationalen Referenz geworden. Dieser Weißwein aus dem Jahr 2020. Hergestellt aus Trauben der Sorten Arinto und Antão Vaz, wurde er teilweise in französischen Eichenfässern und einem Edelstahltank vinifiziert. Die gesamte Gruppe unterliegt einem 12-monatigen Praktikum. Auf der Feinhefe, gefolgt von einer 12-monatigen Reifung in der Flasche.
