Vinifizierung des Souvall Grande Reserva Tinto: Sorgfältige manuelle Ernte in Kisten von bis zu 20 kg. Die Trauben wurden sorgfältig am Sortiertisch ausgewählt und anschließend entrappt. Die Fermentation erfolgte in Edelstahltanks mit Temperaturkontrolle und einheimischen Hefen. Reifung von 18 Monaten in neuen Fässern aus französischer Eiche.
