Dieser Rum entsteht in zwei Reifephasen, beide in Fässern aus amerikanischer Weißeiche. In der ersten Phase wird der Tafia gereift, mit dem auf Basis der zweiten Phase Rum hergestellt wird. In der Endformel dieser Destillate werden Destillate mit einer Mindestreifung von drei Jahren verwendet, die zur Steigerung ihrer Qualität mit anderen Destillaten höheren Alters vermischt werden.

Am Gaumen ist er elegant und außergewöhnlich reichhaltig, mit einem üppigen, seidigen Auftakt, der zu einem ausgewogenen Geschmack führt. Er ist intensiv, aber rund und weich.
Die Nase offenbart ein bemerkenswertes, exquisites Bouquet, intensive und komplexe Noten von Kakao, Vanille, Zeder und süßem Tabak.
