Vinifizierung des Madeira-Weins Barbeito Sercial 2015 Curtimenta: Nach der Erfahrung der Ernte 2014 vinifizierten wir 2015 drei Lagen von Sercial, diesmal nur mit Trauben aus Seixal. Nach 11 Tagen Fermentation und anschließender Anreicherung verlängerten wir die Curtimentas bis Mitte Dezember. Als wir die Weine filtrierten, blieben noch viele Beeren übrig, die nach der Trennung in die Fässer gelegt wurden. Um in kurzer Zeit mehr Konzentration zu gewinnen, reiften die Weine in unserem Lager D, dessen Durchschnittstemperaturen im Laufe des Jahres höher sind. Im Februar 2024 wurden 1060 Einheiten zu 500 ml und 60 Magnum abgefüllt, alle nummeriert.
