Es handelt sich um einen Alvarinho, der aus einer speziellen Auswahl von Weinbergen stammt, die über 200 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel gepflanzt sind, und die Mineralität offenbart, die den Granitboden des Monção- und Melgaço-Terroirs mit der Rebsorte Alvarinho verbindet, die durch Batonage und Reifung auf der Feinhefe verbessert wurde . . Die Gärung erfolgt in Edelstahltanks bei einer höheren Temperatur als bei Weißweinen üblich und zeigt ein elegantes und mineralischeres Aroma mit einem trockenen und anhaltenden Abgang.
