Vinifikation von Wein 2 (Zwei) Weiß Quintas 2022: Der Erntetermin für jede Parzelle wird nach aufeinanderfolgenden Traubenproben auf dem Feld festgelegt. Nachdem die Entscheidung gefallen ist, werden die Trauben manuell geerntet und getrennt nach Sorte und Parzelle zum Weinbauzentrum transportiert. Anschließend erfolgt die Kaltmazeration der gesamten Traube über einen Zeitraum von ca. 24 Stunden. Die frischen Trauben werden schonend gepresst und der Most in unterirdische Bottiche umgefüllt, wo die Dekantierung erfolgt. Dadurch kann die Trübung des Mostes eingestellt werden und die Gärung beginnt. Rund 90 % des Weins gären und reifen in Edelstahltanks und die restlichen 10 % in französischen und österreichischen Eichenfässern unterschiedlichen Fassungsvermögens.

Am Gaumen offenbart sich ein breiter, aber immer sanfter Abgang, der wiederum die gleiche Art von reifen Früchten mit einer feinen Säure wiedergibt. Der Nachgeschmack ist lang und sehr anhaltend, was es schwierig macht, nicht noch einmal zu trinken
Zartes Aroma, bei dem sich die süßen Düfte von Blumen wie Rosen und das frische aromatische Gefühl von Stein vermischen. Nach leichtem Schütteln wird die reifeste Frucht von einem leichten Raucharoma begleitet.
