Ein Weinkeller, ein Weinladen, ein Restaurant und ein großer multifunktionaler Raum, verteilt auf drei Etagen, bilden die Quinta do Encontro, gelegen im Herzen der Bairrada, in São Lourenço do Bairro, wo die Weinproduktion bis ins Jahr 1930 zurückreicht. Eröffnet im Jahr 2007, ist die Quinta do Encontro, ein Weinkeller mit der Handschrift des Architekten Pedro Mateus, in die Weinlandschaft eingebettet, in voller Harmonie mit der Natur, und ist das Ergebnis einer anderen und innovativen Vision, die Weine der Region Bairrada herzustellen und zu kommunizieren. Eingebettet in eine ruhige Landschaft, dominiert von Weinbergen und mit den Bergen Caramulo und Buçaco im Hintergrund, lädt die Quinta do Encontro ihre Besucher ein, direkten Kontakt mit der Weinproduktion herzustellen, vom Weinberg bis zur Verkostung, und die von diesem Weinkeller produzierten Nektare zu genießen, zeitgenössische und urbane Weiß-, Rot- und Schaumweine.
