Quinta do Romeu Reserva Tinto Vinifikation: Handernte in kleinen Kisten. Manuelle Auswahl der Trauben am Sortiertisch. Vollständige Entrappung gefolgt von sanfter Zerkleinerung. Fermentation mit einheimischen Hefen in Granitlagern. Postfermentative Mazeration. Reifung in Fässern und Barriques aus Eiche mit leichter Röstung, überwiegend gebraucht, für 14 Monate. Unfiltrierter und nicht kalt stabilisierter Wein. Kann Depot bilden. Trauben stammen aus zertifizierter biologischer Landwirtschaft.
