Vinifikation des Vinho Verde Alvarinho Anselmo Mendes Parcela Unica 2018: Sehr sanftes Pressen ganzer, entstielter Trauben. Klärung durch lange Kaltbehandlung. Gärung in neuen französischen Eichenfässern mit 400 Litern Fassungsvermögen. Reifung in diesen Fässern für 9 Monate mit Batonnage auf der Vollhefe.
