Dieser Tawny wird aus Trauben höchster Qualität hergestellt, in Granitmühlen fermentiert, durchschnittlich 10 Jahre lang in gebrauchten Fässern gereift und bringt das volle Potenzial der Region Covelinhas für die Herstellung großartiger Tawnys aus Porto Quinta dos Murças zum Ausdruck 10 Jahre: Auswahl hochwertiger Trauben, anschließend Entrappen und Zerkleinern. Nach der Gärung in einer Presse im traditionellen Fußtrittverfahren wurde Weinbrand hinzugefügt.
