Vinifikation des Duorum Branco 2022: Bei der Ankunft im Weingut werden die Trauben 48 Stunden lang bei niedriger Temperatur aufbewahrt. Nach dem Entrappen werden die Trauben gepresst und anschließend erfolgt die alkoholische Gärung. Etwa 30 % der Charge werden in französischen Eichenfässern vergoren. Der restliche Teil gärt in Edelstahltanks bei kontrollierter Temperatur zwischen 14 und 16 °C.
