Weinherstellung von Casa Burmester Touriga Nacional Wine: Manuelle Ernte. Weinbereitung mit vollständiger Entrappung und Zerkleinerung. Vorfermentative Mazeration bei 6 °C für drei Tage, gefolgt von einer alkoholischen Gärung bei 25 °C in Edelstahltanks und einer postfermentativen Mazeration für 10 Tage. 12 Monate lang in neuen 225-Liter-Fässern aus französischer Eiche gereift.
