Vinifizierung des Borges Reserva Dão Branco: Die Trauben wurden nach dem Entrappen zerdrückt. Anschließend wurden sie gepresst, wobei nur der Most aus dem Abpressen verwendet wurde. Kaltdekantation für 48 Stunden, nach der der Most von den Hefen getrennt wurde. Fermentation zwischen 12 und 14 ºC über 4 Wochen, wobei 85% des Lots die Fermentation in französischen Eichenfässern abgeschlossen haben. Nach dem Ende der alkoholischen Fermentation wurde er 8 Monate lang "batonnage" mit den feinen Hefen durchgeführt.
