Weinherstellung von Ruinart Rosé Brut Champagner: Von Hand geerntet. Die Gärung erfolgt in Edelstahltanks mit regulierten Temperaturen. Für Rotwein, kurze Mazeration und leichte Extraktion. Vollständige malolaktische Gärung. Zusammensetzung: Mischung aus Chardonnay und Pinot Noir, größtenteils als Premiers Crus klassifiziert, wobei 20/25 % aus Reserven der letzten 2 Jahre stammen. 45 % der Weinberge Chardonnay, Côte des Blancs und Montagne de Reims, 55 % des Pinot Noir stammen aus den Weinbergen Montagne de Reims und Vallée de la Marne, wovon 18 bis 19 % Rotwein sind.
Granatapfelrosa mit ganz leichten orangefarbenen Reflexen
Im Mund ist der unmittelbare Geschmack deutlich und vollständig, vollgepackt mit einer sanften Perlage. Die Aromen frisch gepflückter Beeren kommen voll zur Geltung. Dieses Gleichgewicht vereint eine angenehme Frische und einen üppigen Körper, der in einem eleganten Hauch von Minze und rosa Grapefruit zum Ausdruck kommt.
Die Nase ist subtil und frisch und bietet zunächst eine originelle Palette tropischer Früchte (Guave und Litschi) und kleiner Beeren (Himbeeren, Kirschen und Walderdbeeren). Es folgen Noten von Rose und Granatapfel, die dieses komplexe und intensive Geschmacksprofil vervollständigen, das von Primäraromen ohne Raffinesse dominiert wird.
