Der Wein A de Arinto wurde aus einer einzigen Rebsorte, Arinto, hergestellt. Die Reifung der Trauben verlief langsam und recht ausgewogen und sie wurden in der zweiten Oktoberwoche geerntet, wobei der gewünschte Säuregehalt und die gute Gesundheit der Trauben erhalten blieben Auf dem Teppich der Wahl wurden die Trauben leicht mit dem Fuß getreten, um die Beeren aufzubrechen, und 12 Stunden lang mit der ganzen Traube mazeriert. Anschließend wurden sie ohne Dekantierung direkt in gebrauchte 225- und 228-Liter-Fässer aus französischer Eiche gepresst, wo sie auf natürliche Weise vergoren wurden Mit einheimischen Hefen und gereift, ohne Battonage in denselben Fässern für 10 Monate, ohne saubere Reifung und mit der Gärhefe bis zur Abfüllung. Ein Wein mit gutem Alterungspotential.
Strohgelb
Im Geschmack kräftiger und mineralischer Auftakt mit vorherrschender Zitrusnote und Volumen. Zitronenschale, mittlerer Körper und ebenso mittlerer Abgang.
In der Nase leicht reduziert, Aromen von trockenem Gras, Apfel und leichtem Toast aus dem Fass.
